Shipments
Easter eggs are shipped via UPS Mon-Friday. UPS will not ship on weekends. ALL orders placed require 24-48 hours of process time before the order is released for shipment. Our Free Shipping option typically takes UPS 3-5 business days for delivery. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on your location. UPS only ships to locations in the United States. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes, UPS will only deliver to physical mailing addresses. Our free shipping option DOES NOT include Alaska or Hawaii. If you need a quote to ship to either of these states, please contact us.
Next Day Shipping Methods
If a customer requires next day air shipping methods please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery unless order is placed by 10am central time Monday through Friday. UPS does not deliver on weekends.
Returns
The safety of our customers/employees is of upmost importance. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns/offer refunds on Sunny Bunny Easter Eggs, as checking each returned plastic Easter egg would be cost/safety prohibitive.
Order Cancellations
All orders placed are final. We are unable to cancel orders and offer refunds once placed in our system.
